Salon Suite

Our Salon Suite offers approximately 120 m² of living space on one level. The separate living area, adorned with original Gothic windows, ceiling stucco, and marble columns, is entered through historic double doors. The sunlit salon features a practical bar, a grand piano, and a large chaise longue overlooking St. Gereon. The dark-oiled oak parquet flooring adds coziness to the salon.

Events: Meetings, workshops, receptions, dinners, wedding celebrations, small concerts, etc.

Room Rental:

€ 1,750.00 plus VAT per event day (setup and teardown calculation upon agreement)
(Includes costs for electricity, Wi-Fi, and cleaning)

Additional Costs:

Setup fee: €350.00 plus VAT (setup and teardown of desired seating arrangement including storage of displaced furniture)
High tables: €25.00 plus VAT per table (including covers €35.00)

Complimentary Amenities: All provided furniture in the room (wooden table, 12 chairs, sofa, lamps), 1 TV with HDMI connection. Banquet tables/chairs can be provided upon request. Subject to availability: 1 moderator’s case, 1 flip chart, 1 pinboard.

Special Note: For evening events, room volume must be kept to a minimum from 10:00 PM onwards – rental of surrounding rooms is mandatory. Event must conclude by 12:00 AM.
