Nestled in the heart of the city yet quietly situated, the Townhouse impresses with over 200 m² of modern design. Designed and furnished for both private and business travel, it offers a sophisticated retreat.

Entering through the open and spacious foyer adorned with elegant marble flooring, you’ll find the Business Lounge with an adjoining terrace overlooking the garden. The living area, equipped with multimedia facilities and a large table, is ideal for conferences, seminars, or other events. A cloakroom and restroom are conveniently located near the entrance for your guests.

16 people at the long table
20 people in rows of chairs / circle of chairs / scattered throughout the room

Room Rental: €1,500.00 plus VAT per event day (setup and teardown calculation upon agreement)
(Includes costs for electricity, Wi-Fi, and cleaning)

Additional Costs:
Setup fee: €350.00 plus VAT (setup and teardown of desired seating arrangement including storage of displaced furniture)
High tables: €25.00 plus VAT per table (including covers €35.00)

Complimentary Amenities: All provided furniture in the room (1 wooden table, 8 chairs, TV with HDMI connection, sofa, table, lamps). Banquet tables/chairs are also available. Subject to availability: 1 moderator’s case, 1 flip chart, 1 pinboard.

Special Note: When renting the Business Lounge, no other rooms in the house are available – the suites above may be occupied by other guests. There is an option to rent the entire Townhouse including 2 suites with private bathrooms. Please feel free to inquire about this option.
