A cloakroom and restroom are conveniently located near the entrance for your guests.

Room Rental: €1,500.00 plus VAT per event day (setup and teardown calculation upon agreement)

Setup fee: €350.00 plus VAT (setup and teardown of desired seating arrangement including storage of displaced furniture)
High tables: €25.00 plus VAT per table (including covers €35.00)

Special Note: When renting the Business Lounge, no other rooms in the house are available – the suites above may be occupied by other guests. There is an option to rent the entire Townhouse including 2 suites with private bathrooms. Please feel free to inquire about this option.
